Community Active North Ayrshire Programme

The Active Lifestyles Team delivers various activities within the local communities. Sessions can be open to people in the community or closed to members of a specific community group. We are also able to deliver activities within Care settings.

These activities may include Keep Fit Classes, Strength and Balance, Aqua and Chance to Dance.
